Valentino Valentina Oud Assoluto smells nice. This is my first scent from Valentino. I blind purchased it because it was an Oud and I am in love with the smell of oud. However, I do not detect oud in this fragrance. It is more of a sweeter feminine fragrance. In hindsight, I should have ordered a sample but I was counting on Valentino to make a spectacular oud fragrance. The bottle is beautiful. Maybe I am comparing it to much to Mancera's Intense Gold Oud Absolu which is fabulous and has a long staying power. Now, that is a wow scent that I highly recommend if you are into ouds.
